The delicate Lepanto is first distilled as French cognac after the Charentaiser firing twice in the copper firing boiler and then fed to maturity in its own Solera system. This Solera Gran Reserva obtains in its slow, at least 15 years of maturation process a great complexity and very gentle elegance. It has a fine and delicate taste, as well as a long and soft finish. Aromas of caramel, vanilla, almonds, nuts and raisins are noticeable in the bouquet and on the palate.
